With the realignment we have bundled our broad spectrum of services under one umbrella brand and are now positioned as an international service provider.

Coming from the traditional collection business, ALTOR covers the entire life cycle of customer relationships in and around the topic of liquidity - starting with credit checks in the new customer business, and continuing right up to the repossession of movable assets and purchasing of receivables. However, the focus of receivables realisation is increasingly moving away from traditional methods, instead favoring a farsighted approach that prevents overdue payments before they even occur.
